Design and Analysis of the Network Teaching Platform Based AHP Model

The development and evolution of the network was theoretically investigated which included teaching platform of ideolgical and political course in colleges and universities(NIU), the operating mechanism of NIU, the problems existed in NIU, and the function of NIU. Based on the AHP model, the comparison matrix of each factor was discussed, and the proportion of college teaching resources was obtained which were teachers and students resources of NIU via the normalization with respect to relevant weight vectors.
