Resarch on Information Fairness of the Spatial Distribution and Planning of Libraries in Main Administrative Regions of Changchun

By surveying and analyzing the distribution and collections of libraries in the main administrative regions of Changchun City,and in combination with the population distribution in the regions,the authors introduce Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve in the resource evaluation of library,and calculate the Gini coefficient of book-holdings per capita in the regions by using Lorenz curve,aiming at evaluate the information fairness of the book-holdings of household population in the regions.
