Possible pressure measurement differential scanning calorimeter and differential scanning heat flow meter apparatus using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential scanning calorimeter which performs measurement with high sensitivity even when pressure is scanned under high pressure and a differential scanning calorimeter apparatus which has high responsiveness in pressure scanning. SOLUTION: The differential scanning calorimeter comprises a metal frame comprising a tubular side wall member and a base member fixed to the side wall member, a pair of semiconductor thermoelectric elements which are arranged on the front side and back side of the base member of the metal frame, respectively, and a pair of metal caps which cover openings of the side wall member of the metal frame.
