The open end of the outer box faces upwards, a compound cushioning structure formed by combining corrugated paper and a foaming cushioning body is arranged in the outer box, and the compound cushioning structure is provided with a base plate, two bottom lateral bodies, two bottom foaming cushioning bodies, a plurality of partitioning plates, a left and a right top end bodies and an upper positioning body. The base plate is shaped by corrugated paper, and a plurality of binding grooves are formed on the two sides thereof; the two bottom lateral bodies are L-shaped bodies formed by folding the corrugated paper, and a plurality of slots are formed on the inner side surface thereof; two bottom foaming cushioning bodies are arranged at the connecting end corner of the base plate and the bottom lateral bodies, and a plurality of notches are formed on the bottom foaming cushioning bodies; a plurality of partitioning sheets in straight directions are inserted into the slots of the bottom lateral bodies and the grooves of the foaming cushioning bodies, so that a plurality of spaces for accommodating panels can be partitioned; a left and a right top end bodies are hollow bodies shaped by the corrugated paper, and a caulking groove is formed at the top part corresponding to the partitioning sheets and embedded at the top end of the partitioning sheet; and an upper positioning body is provided with a top plate shaped by the corrugated paper and a plurality of foaming cushioning bodies embedded on the top plate, and the foaming cushioning bodies spans the left and the right top end bodies. The utility model has the advantages of stable cushioning and positioning, convenient assembly and time-saving application.
