The question of increasing dues was reported to the Section. The Chairman reported that the cost of printing the Antitrust Law Journal had risen to where it absorbed the Section dues; that while the Section had other income from publications, this income was not sufficient for the Section's needs and to maintain a proper reserve. He said that the Council had recommended an amendment to Section 1 of Article II of the ByLaws to read as follows:
