The present invention provides a method of manufacturing the rare earth sintered magnet, the magnet can be a magnetic remanence Br of 12.8 ~ 13.3kGs, intrinsic coercive force Hcj≥30kOe, the oxygen content of the magnets 500 ~ 900ppm. Its manufacturing process: vacuum smelting step quick-setting process, the thickness of the alloy sheet produced is 0.1 ~ 0.5mm. Hydrogen pulverization process is performed in the pulverizing step production. Manufactured by using a jet mill for fine powder production process, powder average particle size 3.0 ~ 4.5μm. Profiling step is pressed in an oxygen-free inert gas atmosphere molding. Sintering step is a vacuum sintering furnace sintering aging.
