The invention relates to an electric leakage protection and isolation device for a power supply of a track passenger car. The electric leakage protection and isolation device comprises a charger control electric air switch, a main power source air switch, an inverter control electrical air switch, a charger box terminal row, an inverter box terminal row, a charger forestage contactor, an inverter forestage contactor, a charger indicator lamp, an inverter indicator lamp, a charger incoming line EMI wave filter, an inverter incoming line EMI wave filter, a charger module and an inverter module. The charger box is separated from a main power source DC600V of the inverter box, and through the indicator lamps, the electricity state of the main power sources of box bodies is visually displayed; an ordinary air switch, an ordinary contactor and ordinary indication lamps are used for realizing electric connection; the charger forestage contactor is mounted in the charger box, and the inverter forestage contactor is mounted in the inverter box; when the track passenger car reports an electric leakage failure, the main power source air switch does not need to be switched off, only the charger control electric air switch and the inverter control electric air switch need to be sequentially switched off, and whether the electric leakage failure exists or not is judged, and users can conveniently and swiftly inquire about that the electric leakage failure is generated in the charger box or the inverter box.
