The invention relates to an easy starting device of a general small gasoline engine. A starting dial wheel of the easy starting device is of an eccentric structure, and therefore the outer side of a starting dial wheel groove is tightly attached to the inner side of the beginning end of a power flat spring; the curvature change during work of the power flat spring can be changed, the life of the power flat spring is prolonged, and the power flat spring is mounted between the starting dial wheel and a boss; and after the eccentric structure of the starting dial wheel is adopted, the gap between the other side of the starting dial wheel groove and the power flat spring becomes large, mounting space of the power flat spring is increased, and the phenomenon that after the starting device is rapidly pulled, the power flat spring is clamped is avoided.
