Labor negotiations have been relatively well in developed countries and the region's growth as a means of conflict between employers and employees.It has huge effect to economic retrenchment.It not only protects the economic retrenchment in the business and labor interests,to coordinate well together,but also provide the best solution on economic disputes arising from layoffs.As our lack of labor-management consultations awareness,and the relatively imperfect law led to many shortcomings and gaps that exposed in dealing with China's economic retrenchment in the labor relations.To use the means of labor negotiations appropriately,and learn more advanced domestic and foreign legislative experience in labor negotiations,not only can avoid unnecessary disputes in business operations to ensure better development of enterprises,more importantly,the labor party can use the law and the concept of labor-management consultations to maintain their rights,and reflect the function and values of law.
