Characteristics of Early-Harvest Cultivation of New Sweet Potato Variety Zheshu 75

In order to further understand the growth dynamic of early-harvest cultivation of new sweet potato variety Zheshu 75, the study observed characteristics of Zheshu 75 in different years under the situation of early harvest. The results showed that the amount of harvested sweet potatoes of individual plant of Zheshu 75 was relatively large, the volume of sweet potatoes increased fast at the early stage, the texture of steamed or poached fresh sweet potato was powdery, and average yields of 4-year field experiment was 1 393.25 kg/667m2. It could be used as a candidate of mini sweet potato variety for the early-harvest cultivation.
