Day-ahead Economic Dispatch of Microgrid Based on Multi-agent System Considering Wind Power Generation Uncertainty

2020
The flexible control strategies and massive control data that required to cope with the uncertain WPG make the traditional centralized control mode difficult to effectively manage the microgrid operation. Therefore, MAS with the centralize-decentralize characteristic is introduced in microgrid operation. The structure of microgrid MAS, specific functions of agents are illustrated in this paper. A DED model based on MAS considering WPG uncertainty is presented to verify the validity of MAS on microgrid operation. The model is a two-stage robust model, which can be decomposed into a MP and SP. By using duality theory, Big-M method and C&CG algorithm, the optimal DED strategy can be obtained. Case study of a microgrid with the combined heat and power system is applied to discuss the interaction and coordination of the agents. The effectiveness of the DED model based on MAS considering WPG uncertainty and the applicability of MAS on microgrid operation are also verified.
