La investigación enfermera en Andorra

espanolEl objetivo Metodo: Se disena un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo. Participaron en el estudio 121 enfermeros / as del Principado de Andorra. Se elabora un cuestionario por los propios investigadores con variables sociodemograficas y variables para conocer la investigacion enfermera. Se analizan los datos al Programa estadistico R 3.2.2. Se solicita autorizacion para administrar el cuestionario a las instituciones participantes y a los enfermeros / as. Resultados: La muestra se fundamenta en un total de 121 respuestas. La muestra analizada muestra un bajo perfil de formacion en investigacion. Solo uno de cada cinco profesionales declara haber tenido algun tipo de formacion en investigacion, un 34% declara que tampoco tiene interes en formarse en este ambito, siendo la falta de tiempo el motivo por el que no se forman. Conclusiones: La investigacion enfermera es uno de los aspectos del ambito laboral que en general, despierta poco interes entre el colectivo de enfermeros de Andorra, a pesar de ser pieza fundamental de la actividad laboral de este colectivo. La consulta realizada entre el personal enfermero de Andorra constata algunas barreras ya apuntadas por otros estudios, vinculadas a la falta de tiempo y de interes. Y tambien pone de relieve la importancia de vincular la formacion en este ambito con la practica a traves de la participacion en equipos de investigacion como via para fomentar el interes entre el personal enfermero EnglishObjective.
