Improved balance weight structure for elevator empty-rail detection device

2016
The invention provides an improved balance weight structure for an elevator empty-rail detection device, and belongs to the technical field of elevator detection. The improved balance weight structure solves the technical problem that at present, no empty-rail detection devices for simulating practical situations exist. The elevator empty-rail detection device comprises a test bed and a slide plate. The balance weight structure comprises a water tank and balance weight water bottles. Multiple strip-shaped holes are formed in the slide plate and are divided into two sets. The two sets of strip-shaped holes are formed along the central axis of the slide plate in a mirror image manner. At least three suspending parts are arranged on each strip-shaped hole. The balance weight bottles correspond to the suspending parts in a one-to-one manner. The lower ends of the suspending parts penetrate the strip-shaped holes to be fixed to the balance weight water bottles. Water pumps corresponding to the balance weight water bottles in a one-to-one manner are fixed in the water tank. Each balance weight water bottle communicates with the corresponding water pump in the water tank through a hose. Water outlets are formed in the lower ends of the balance weight water bottles. Electromagnetic valves capable of opening or closing the water outlets are fixed in the water outlets. The improved balance weight structure has the beneficial effect that detection data of empty-rail detection can be more comprehensive.
