This paper explains the formation and features of the Boltzmann's Viewpoints of Science as a famous philosophical scientist of Austria based on the whole of nature view and epistemology and methodology.He worked on the scientific investigation based on culture into viewpoints towards science with lifetime defense for atom.His viewpoints of science guided and promoted the activities of science so that he hugely affected the philosophy of science at the 20th century.
