Preparation method of graphene oxide micro-restrained fluororubber nanocomposite material

2015
The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber nanocomposite materials and relates to a graphene oxide micro-restrained fluororubber nanocomposite material and a preparation method thereof. A main body of the micro-restrained nanocomposite material is fluororubber, besides, magnesium oxide, barium sulfate, white carbon black, calcium fluoride, graphene oxide, N,N-hexamethylenebis(cinnamylideneamine) and benzyl triphenyl phosphorus chloride are added, a rubber mixture is prepared with a mechanical blending method, and fluororubber vulcanized rubber containing the graphene oxide is obtained through vulcanization. According to the graphene oxide micro-restrained fluororubber nanocomposite material and the preparation method thereof, the graphene oxide, the white carbon black and the calcium fluoride are added simultaneously, the three kinds of fillings are interlaced with each other and can effectively inhibit respective agglomeration, and the dispersion degree of the graphene oxide in fluororubber is increased. The material has the higher elasticity modulus, the better mechanical property and the higher thermal stability when compared with the fluororubber, so that the glass-transition temperature shifts towards the high temperature, processing is convenient, and industrial production is facilitated.
