It was interviewed 20 families, each one asked to show, in drawings, the activities developed in their crop areas. The main found results indicate that there is a great agricultural crops diversity in the community, which is stratified in different environments: beaches, slopes, gardens and clearings, where the most frequent cultures are corn, beans, sugarcane, gherkin, pumpkin, lemon, coconut and soursop. In addition to the family farming, fishing constitutes one of the most important economic activities for the riparian people, followed by the artisanal coal production. Mind maps application approached interviewer and interviewee, creating a writing and dialogue form between both parties, furthermore it shows the producer's vision and the riparian people approach to the studied environments.
