A mixture made from water soluble acryl copolymer resin 60-80 weight%, a mixture and the water 20-40 weight% is mixed with Portland cement at rate of 2.5 : 1 or 1.5 : 1. A river channel(2) is formed by coating the mixture on the surface of the floor concrete. The powder mixture and the liquid combination material are mixed at the rate of 3:1 or 10:1. A halfway(3) is formed by coating the mixture on the top and forming a concave-convex pattern on the top surface.
