PLC reconstruction of 2# and 3# water pump control system on down supply and drainage

This paper contrapose serious problem of water pump former PLC control system on down supply and drainage,according to workshop’s request,re-design a head-control circuitry and secondary circuitry of 2# and 3# water pump and re-distribute I/O points.Design a PLC ladder logic(LD) to control the inverter for smooth timing and optimize production,achieve auto-regulate product line sendout of water.
