Convergent Beam Propagation in Simulative Cylindrical Bio-tissue

The Intralipid-10% solution is filled into a cylindrical hollow Perspex which is the experimental cylinder object.And the experimental setup is composed of a tailor-made fibre-optics probe,a lock-in amplifier,a chopper and a translation stag etc.Then,convergent monochromatic light is injected into Intralipid-10% solution.The propagation of back scattering light and the rate of energy flow in the solution measured and analysed.Furthermore,the optical propagation in the solution of different parameter is compared.The results show the primary law of optical propagation in the solution.
