Study on Initial Reliability Assessment for a Product

A method for reliability analysis and evaluation for a product was presented in this paper. The performance data of a product and its components was statistically analyzed, and its initial performance reliability was calculated. The functional test data of a product and its components was statistically analyzed, and its initial function reliability was calculated, which provides an index reference for storage and use of the product.
