Compound indole derivative, particularly useful in therapeutic, wherein is selected from i) compounds of formula (I) wherein: R1 represents a halogen or a trifluoromethyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of C1- C4, R3 represents an isopropyl group (1-methylethyl) or third-butyl (1, 1-dimethylethyl), n = 3 or 4 ii) group pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds of formula (I).
