Recent advance in the application of natural plant as feed additives

It was beneficial for animal on performance,carcass quality and health to add plant feed additives in diet. Plant feed additives acted by increasing the digestion of feed,modifying metabolism,enhancing immunity and resisting microbe.But,there were problems such as too many ingredients,poor process,high cost and unknown mechanism in the application of plant as feed additives .It was suggested that the special plant feed additives were researched to stabilize the quality,and new resource was exploited to lower the cost and the process was improved to lessen the dosage.The mechanism of its action should be studied at molecular level,it was an important direction to study how to modify function genes.
