Construction of Platform for Receiving and Sending GSM Short Messages Based on C# Language

With USB data bus,WAVECOM GSM Modem was connected to microcomputer.As the development tools,the C# language program instruction opened virtual serial port,COM3 and AT instruction was used to send and receive Chinese short messages.Compositions of PDU schemas from Chinese characters and English letters,the resolution of received PDU schemas to obtain readable Chinese characters and English letters,and the implementation of sending and receiving short messages are focuses of this paper.Experimental results were given in the end.
