CFB (Circulating Fluid Bed)-rotary radiation boiler capable of alleviating pollution of high-alkalinity coals

2012
The utility model relates to a CFB (Circulating Fluid Bed)-rotary radiation boiler capable of alleviating pollution of high-alkalinity coals. The CFB rotary radiation boiler comprises a circulating fluid bed hearth, a separation device and a rotary heat recovery device, wherein the circulating fluid bed hearth is communicated with the separation device, the top of the separation device is communicated with a high-temperature chimney flue of the boiler, and the high-temperature chimney flue is communicated with the rotary heat recovery device; the rotary heat recovery device comprises a shell, a radiation heat exchange chamber, a middle settling chamber and a convective heat exchange chamber arranged inside the shell, the radiation heat exchange chamber is arranged on the upper end of the middle settling chamber, and the convective heat exchange chamber is arranged on the lower end of middle settling chamber. According to the CFB rotary radiation boiler, a conventional CFB boiler furnace is matched with the rotary radiation boiler to avoid the occurrence of a convective heat exchange surface within 700 DEG C-1100 DEG C, so that the pollution caused by burning high-alkalinity metal coals is greatly alleviated. The heating surface of the rotary radiation boiler is adopted by the CFB rotary radiation boiler, and required superheated steam can be obtained at an outlet of the radiation boiler.
