The path to environmental behaviors

Abstract In the last few chapters, we have discussed what drives the environmental consciousness and relations between environmental consciousness and environmental behavior. In this chapter, by combining the findings from the beginning of this book, we may construct models for the environmental consciousness and environmental behavior for all the three groups of residents. This chapter will start by constructing the models for the environmental consciousness based on both the demographic variables and the three driving models. We then connect the environmental consciousness and the environmental behavior to construct the full model for each group of residents. Finally, we will compare the three groups of residents to summarize the path to environmental behavior.
