A perforating machine able to control advance depth for underwater pipeline is composed of a casing, an axial mainshaft and its sleeve pipe, a main drive box with main drive motor and drive gear for driving said mainshaft, an advancing box with mainshaft driving module and locating module for locating the advance depth, and a perforating cutter at the lower end of mainshaft.
