The effects social capacity building to improve the management rural development (case study: Germi County)

Considering the importance of the social capacity building to improve the management of rural development. Iran should rely on the knowledge-based management, rural development and for the realization of the knowledge based platforms provide in villages. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effects of social capacity building on management of rural development is a warm city. This data is then extracted and analyzed using SPSS software review and then be interpreted. The results show that educational variables with a correlation coefficient R= 0/484, confidence with a correlation coefficient R= 0/475, the quality of life variables with a correlation coefficient R= 0/638, social cohesion variables with a correlation coefficient R= 0/685, the variables of social services with a correlation coefficient R= 0/643, variables related to technical and managerial skills with a correlation coefficient R= 0/639, strengthening social interaction variables with a correlation coefficient R= 0/691, variables enhancing the formations people with a correlation coefficient R= 0/605 to improve the management of rural development are related.
