Singularities of Surface Nanostructuring in Liquid With a Pair of Femtosecond Laser Pulses

Ring diffraction patterns form on silicon upon irradiation in liquid with two femtosecond laser pulses following at sub-millisecond delay, as a result of diffraction of the second pulse by the bubble generated near the surface by the first pulse.
