슬관절 후방십자인대(PCL)의 관찰을 위한 사방향 관상면과 이중 사방향 시상면 자기공명영상검사의 유용성에 관한 고찰

2017
Purpose : As an important ligament in the knee joint stable, the PCL plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance of the human. This study intends to evaluate the usefulness of observing the PCL by the oblique COR and the dual oblique SAG in consideration of the anatomical structure. Materials and Method : The twenty patients(Dec of 2016 to Jan of 2017). Skyra 3.0T(SIEMENS) and knee coil were used. The chosen method was T2 COR and PD SAG, the PD OBL COR, and the PD Dual OBL SAG. It measured the length and width of E.P to quantitatively compare the COR in each image and measured S.P, M.P, and E.P to evaluate the SAG. To check the statical significance of the measurements, they were examined by Mann-Whitney. As for the qualitative examination, three radiologists compared the PCL in the existing images of the COR and SAG, the oblique COR and dual oblique SAG judged each image. Results : It conducted in consideration of the anatomical structure of the PCL found that the distal PCL in the existing frontal plane image is 47.9% longer and 14.9% wider than that of the oblique COR and that S.P, M.P, and E.P are higher by 19.8%, 18.3%, and 33% respectively in the dual oblique SAG than in the existing SAG. Conclusion : The result indicates that oblique COR conducted in consideration of the anatomical structure of the distal ligament is useful in acquiring an image of distal PCL. The dual oblique SAG, conducted to describe the overall image of the PCL, proved its excellence by showing. We can see from this fact that, for the PCL of the knee joint, it would be useful to use oblique COR and dual oblique SAG in addition to the existing imaging method.
