Intermediate temperature range electrical resistivity of some metallic glasses
1988
Abstract We have studied the temperature dependence of the resistivity of a number of different disordered metals in the temperature range 70–300 K. No simple average temperature exponent, T α , can describe the resistivity. In most cases, the temperature dependence is consistent with contributions from both the Debye-Waller factor and quantum interference effects. There is an empirical correlation between the temperature dependence and the Debye temperature.
