Present situation and countermeasures of extracurricular sports activities in Shandong normal institutions

With literature,questionnaire,interview,statistics and logical analysis methods,it made a study of extracurricular sports activities in Shandong normal institutions to provide references for them.The results show that: it is high of the extracurricular sports participation rate of interest and motivation in Shandong normal institutions and showing diversity of extracurricular activities.The extracurricular sports venues are mainly in schools and has diverse forms of extra-curricular sports activities.The sports choices are tendentious and the exercise intensity is reasonable.
