Principle and Simulation analysis on Direct Torque Control in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Direct torque control is a rapidly evolving control method. In this paper, the direct torque control principle of a detailed mathematical analysis, analysis of the flux loop and Torque loop control mechanism. Thus, the selection principle of each space voltage vector is obtained. Based on the selection principle, the optimal voltage vector switch table is designed. The control model based on the optimal switch table is established by using Matlab simulation tool. The simulation results show that the optimal switch table designed in this paper makes pmsm have good torque fast response capability and high dynamic performance.
