The invention discloses a micro-aeration microbial fuel cell artificial wetland water purification method. Sewage flows in through a bottom water inlet pipe, passes through a water distributing area and then flows upward into the bottom of a bed body, the anaerobic environment on the bottom layer of the bed body forms an anode region of a microbial fuel cell, and electricity generating microbial oxidation organic substrates release electrons and protons, wherein the electrons and the protons are conducted upward to a cathode region through conductive filler and the sewage respectively, the cathode region is internally provided with a micro-aeration system, oxygen is supplied to the cathode region and serves as electron acceptor to be subjected to an oxidation reaction, and treated outlet water flows out through a water outlet pipe. According to the micro-aeration microbial fuel cell artificial wetland water purification method, an external circuit is not needed, the electrons generated in the anode region are conducted inside the bed body, the oxygen concentration of the electron acceptor is raised in the form of micro aeration, the cathode regional function of the artificial wetland bed body is reinforced, and thereby the difficult problems that in a traditional external circuit microbial fuel cell artificial wetland, due to the fact that the spacing between both poles is excessively large, the internal resistance is excessively high, the electricity generation rate is low, and the purifying effect is poor are eliminated.
