La enseñanza con Shiny

There has been a continuous evolution of the methodology of teaching Statistics in
order to satisfy the market requirements. Until now, the tools used have been slides, computer
programs, transparencies, etc. Nowadays, it has been proposed another tool, Shiny, that has
been developed under R-Studio framework. It allows to program interactive applications (apps)
in R language. Shiny allows simulations of the exercises that are proposed in class, where the
Students can interact with the app introducing different data and obtaining the solution to
different problems. The experience teaching with shiny was positive. The Students wanted to
test whether the results obtained were correct or not. The use of free software was determinant
for the acceptance of Shiny between Students of Statistics I and Statistics II
