The invention discloses a self-stirring wet type concrete sprayer which comprises a rotor type sprayer (2) arranged on a walking trolley frame I (1) and a cement paste stirrer (7). The cement paste stirrer (7) is arranged on a walking trolley frame II (6) connected with the walking trolley frame I. A cement paste conveying pump (8) is arranged on the walking trolley frame II at the lower end of the cement paste stirrer. One end of a cement paste conveying pipe (10) is connected with a discharging opening of the cement paste conveying pump. The other end of the cement paste conveying pipe (10) is connected with a branch pipe of a mixer. One end of a sand spraying pipe (11) is connected to a discharging opening in the lower end of the rotor type sprayer, and the other end of the sand spraying pipe (11) is connected to another branch pipe of the mixer. A main pipe of the mixer is connected with a concrete spraying pipe (3). According to the self-stirring wet type concrete sprayer, spraying distance is long, spraying material springback loss is low, meanwhile, dust pollution is low, and the sprayer is suitable for various places.
