HABILIDADES MOTORAS DE PRATICANTES E NÃO PRATICANTES DE FUTEBOL

2014
This study aimed to evaluate the level of development of motor skills between practitioners and non-practitioners of soccer aged between 10 and 13 years old, enrolled at the KG10 Soccer School and in a Local School in Barra Bonita-SP, Brazil. For this evaluation, we selected 30 students divided into two groups, practitioners and nonpractitioners of soccer. The students were evaluated in the Wall Volley Test (pass) and Soccer Dribble Test (ball conduction between the cones) (McABLE; McARDLE, 1978). Repetition variables were obtained from passes in the Wall Volley Test and from time (seconds) in the Soccer Dribble Test. The results showed an average of 15.47 repetitions in the Wall Volley Test for practitioners and 11.33 for non-practitioners. In the Soccer Dribble Test, practitioners had an average of 13.33 seconds while the non-practitioners had an average of 16.86 seconds
