Knowledge Economy and Socialization of Higher Education

China's higher education is undergoing its socialization now.On the one hand,higher education has to reform.On the other,it has to enlarge its linkage with the outside world to gain supports and reinforcement on its reform,and therefore to speed up its shifts of functional roles.This paper,based the reasoning on three aspects of higher education,namely its reform,the linkage with outside world and the role-shift in higher education,raises a strategic proposal to the socialization of China's higher education in the era of knowledge Economy.
