Study on Universal Intelligent Monitoring System in Heavy Machinery Based on CANopen Protocol

As a hot-spot research and development in heavy machinery, monitoring system has the urgent practical significance in engineering machinery fields. So, a universal monitoring system in heavy machinery is designed based on CANopen protocol. OD2131 MCU(micro controller unit) is used in the system because it communicates in a CANopen protocol and embeds many function module which reducing the workload of secondary development. And then, a friendly human-computer interaction interface is developed to achieve online test. Finally, the communication test is done repeatedly. The test result is shown that the intelligent system can run in accordance with CANopen standard communication protocols, and finish the communication successfully. The measuring data shows the same values and trends compared with the exact data in the wind velocity test.
