Study Risk Evaluation of Emergency Logistics Plans

In this paper,we first determined the dimensions for the evaluation of emergency logistics plans,which were timeliness,reliability and economy;and then we used the entropy metrics to analyze the general risk level of the emergency logistics plans and subjected the metrics to standardizing treatment.
