PENGARUH ULTRA VIOLET C TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HEATSHOCK PROTEIN 70 (HSP70) DAN SIX TRANSMEMBRAN PROTEINPROSTAT2 (STAMP2) PADA SEL PUNCA MESENKIMAL ADIPOSAMANUSIA OBESITAS
2017
Background: Obesity is known increased inflammatory cytokines, STAMP2 a
modulator to an increase in TNFα decreased and HSP70 decreased in obesity. Heat
stress with ultra violet (UV) might have benefit increased HSP70.
Objective: To evaluate effect of UVC in the increase intracellular HSP70 and
STAMP2 mesenchyme stem cells (MSCs) adipose obese human.
Method: the experimental invitro study of mesenchyme stem cells of obesity at the
Institute of Tropical Diseases (LPT) Airlangga University. MSCs cultures were
divided into 4 groups for examination HSP70, STAMPβ, TNFα, IL6 and GLUT4.
Groups is divided to 0 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes as exposure of
UVC. The significance level was measured p <0.05.
Results: UVC increase HSP70, STAMP2, IL6 significantly (p = 0.01, p = 0.01, p =
0.01) and lower TNFα (p = 0.01). Time positively correlated with HSP70, STAMPβ,
IL6 significantly (r = 0.85, p = 0.01; r = 0.70, p = 0.01; r = 0.83, p = 0.01). Time
negatively correlated with TNFα (r = - 0.93, p = 0.01). Correlation HSP70 with
STAMP2 and IL6 significantly (r = 0.49, p = 0.016 ; r = 0.79, p = 0.01). Correlation
STAMP2 with IL6 significantly (r = 0.655, p = 0.001). Role of UVC to HSP70,
STAMPβ, TNFα and IL6 significantly (β = 0.86, p <0.05; β = 0.49, p <0.05; β = -
0.5β, p <0.05; β = 1.γγ, p <0.05).
Conclusions: UVC increases HSP70, STAMP2, and IL6 significantly and lower the
TNFα significantly in MSCs obese. HSP70 positive role with STAMPβ significantly,
STAMPβ negative role against TNFα significantly.
