The government introduced the Non-pesticide Processed Food Certification System with three alternatives to activate eco-friendly processed food market. This study investigates consumers’ and processed food companies’ perceptions on the three alternatives. And we analyze the effect of Non-pesticide Processed Food Certification System on the non-pesticide and organic processed markets using partial equilibrium analysis. As a result of the analysis, the first option was most suitable considering the opinions and benefits of stakeholders; The first option is to certify and logos only if the raw material content of non-chemical agricultural products is over 95%, and less than 95% should apply the limited labeling. The results show that the adoption of first option would result in an average increase of 49.9% in consumer WTP and an 26.4% in production cost, increasing sales of existing non-pesticide processed food by 20.0%. We suggest the following measures to settle the Non-pesticide Processed Foods Certification System: Improvement of consumer awareness about non-pesticide raw materials and promotion, patriotism marketing, promotion for negative recognition of vendor''s certification system, the establishment of a stable agricultural supply management system for non-pesticide raw materials etc.
