SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF AMLODIPINE AND INDAPAMIDE IN COMBINED DOSAGE FORM USING DERIVATIVE

A simple and reproducible spectrophotometric method, requiring no prior separation, has been developed for the estimation of Amlodipine and Indapamide derivative spectroscopy method was adopted to eliminate spectral int 241.40 nm as zero crossing points for solvent. The results of analysis have been validate d statistically and recovery studies confirmed the accuracy of the proposed method.
