Summer Job Selection Model Based on Job Matching and Comprehensive Evaluation Algorithm

At present, many high school students are engaged in summer work as a supplement to their study and life, which has many positive meanings. This paper proposes and implements a summer vacation job recommendation model based on person-vocation fit and comprehensive evaluation algorithms. It can help students with different needs and provide them with more suitable job options. First, we selected multiple types of factors. These factors include quantitative factors and a few qualitative factors. In order to measure the job suitability of job seekers, we adopted the widely used Holland career interest test model to divide the personality into 6 different dimensions. Then we constructed a job data set and several virtual characters for testing the model. We hope that our work can provide a useful help for high school students while they choose summer jobs.
