Disinfectants to control Brown Spot of Pleurotus eryngii,the bacteria is Pseudomonas tolaasii.The paper plate test was conducted to determine the bacteriostasis circle's size,the sterilizing effect,whose order was as follows: HuangbanxiaoYoukexingBacteriosiscide.Huangbunxiao performed the best effect in preventing and controling the bacterial brown spot.4 antibiotics sterilizing effect indicated that Gentamycin sulfateSulfuric acid neomycinStreptomycin sulfateMyxomycetes B.4 antibiotics Ec_(50) the order of value is below:Myxomycetes BSulfuric acid neomycinStreptomycin sulfateGentamycin sulfate,and difference was significant,Myxomycetes B value is 7.67μg/mL,so gentamycin sulfate is 0.73μg/mL.
