Osteosarkom des Femurs und ektopische Knorpelherdchen bei einem Turner-Syndrom
1979
Description of a karyologically ascertained latent Turner-syndrome with metastasizing osteosarcoma of the right femur in a 21 year old girl. The tumor arose 1 month after a prophylactic gonadectomy and lead after amputation in 10 months to death. Dysmorphias like osteoporosis, Scheuermann's disease and numerous little cartilaginous nodules in the neighbourhood of the tumor were found. A relation between those ectopic cartilaginous nodules which only were to be seen in the light microscope, and the development of the sarcoma is taken into consideration.
