The invention provides a deepwater high-temperature high-pressure oil-gas well testing pipe column. The deepwater high-temperature high-pressure oil-gas well testing pipe column comprises a marine riser, a first pipe body, a first sleeve and a second pipe body, wherein the marine riser is connected with a drilling platform; the first pipe body is arranged in the marine riser in a sleeved mode, and the upper end of the first pipe body is located on the drilling platform; the first sleeve is connected with the marine riser and stretches into the stratum located below a bottom mud surface deep in water; the second pipe body communicates with the first pipe body and is arranged in the first sleeve in a sleeved mode; and the second pipe body is sleeved with a third pipe body, an annular space is formed between the second pipe body and the third pipe body, and a heat insulation part is arranged in the annular space. According to the deepwater high-temperature high-pressure oil-gas well testing pipe column, the probability that destructive additional heat stress is generated by fluid in the airtight space in the testing or production process of a deepwater oil-gas well can be lowered and even avoided, and the completeness of the sleeve and a deepwater shaft is guaranteed.
