O fenômeno do crack a partir do espaço de pontos de vista dos agentes sociais do território de Manguinhos

The abusive use of drugs consists of a complex and relevant problem in contemporary societies, impacting in different forms the conditions of life and health of the collectivity. Concerning the use of crack, an hyper exposition of the theme has happened in the past few years through means of communication and a social clamour for resolubility. The present study brings as its objective the construction of a knowledge about the phonomena of crack in Manguinhos from the shared knowledge construction and, therefore, the inclusion of popular knowledge and through the life experience of people's life who somehow lived it in the territory. A research occurred with the objective of trying to learn the crack phenomenon complexity through what Bourdieu (1997) denominates as spots of points of view of the agents involved, taking into account the vulnerabilization and the multiple determinations that pervades them. It is a participating research, a qualitative method that allows to bring up and circulate knowledge of the problematic and experiences in question, as well as debate them. The referencial of analisys built has three main points. The first approaches the genesis and the rise of crack in Manguinhos, meaning, when it happens and related factors. The second lays on its deployments. And finally the last, goes about the built actions aiming at face the problem, and shows necessary actions to fight it. It was observed that the constitution and transitority of crack use scenes in Manguinhos were determined by a diversity of agents, power and actions, such as drug traffic organization, the implementation of a Pacified Police Unit, a relative protection for the crack user and facilitated access to the drug. It was observed distinct and, at times, conflicting actions of the State in the so called crackolands. Such actions of compulsory arrestmentand performed by social safety agencies and social assistant agents, in contrast with health actions carried out by teams of Street Cabinet. As the the presence of social support, mainly related to religious institutions and the volunteer work of local population. It was shown relations established between work and the use of crack; and the view of the community against the phenomenon referred.
