Modeling and Simulation of Anti-vibration System of the Car Multimedia Mechanism

Anti-vibration performance of the car multimedia is an important index,that mainly depends on the anti-vibration performance of mechanism of the Car multimedia.The current design method is mainly through repeated experiments and improvements,that isn’t only a more lengthy process but also cannot achieve the best mechanism structure because parameter of spring and damp is inaccurate.The dynamic model of vibration system of the car multimedia mechanism was built using anti-vibration and dynamics theory in this article.The best design values can be gained from simulation analysis that was run in Matlab/Simulink environment.The experimental work showed that the application of the simulation is quite effective,when the anti-vibration system of the car multimedia mechanism is designed.
