The Hydrogeochemical Features of Groundwater of the Bodrak River Basin, Kacha Uplift of Mountainous Crimea

2020
The hydrogeochemical composition of groundwater of the Bodrak River basin (the territories of the geological student training courses of St. Petersburg State University, Moscow State University, and the universities of Dubna and Voronezh) has been studied. The role of the lithological composition is determined for the formation of the hydrochemical composition of the groundwater and surface water of the region. On the basis of a statistical analysis of the data, three hydrochemical generations of groundwater have been distinguished, its geochemical features have been identified, and a natural association has been found: Ba(2.0–58.2)—B(1.1–10.3)—Ag(3.2–8.6)—Sr(1.6–8.4)—Sn(3.4–4.9). The intensity of migration of chemical elements in groundwater and water of the Bodrak River is analyzed and the variability of water migration coefficient along the river has been calculated.
