Run the accident plans and assessment methods

The invention discloses a method for evaluating an accident prearranged plan and a running way. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, drawing the graph and topological structure of power grid equipment; secondly, simulating load transfer, current threshold crossing, action condition of a safety automatic device and no-voltage condition of a user after one or more sets of equipment fails by using the topological structure of a power grid and imported remote measured data and by combining with the safety automatic device in the power grid; thirdly, automatically judging whether the running way meets requirements on reliability and static stability of a power supply under the condition that the requirement on double power supplies is met to the maximum extent; and finally, intelligently generating accident prearranged plans corresponding to different examining and repairing ways for appointed equipment. By the method, evaluation on the running way and influence caused by an equipment failure can be automatically formed and useful information is provided for a scheduler to work out the running way and to make an accident handling decision.
